Trapped With Monsters: Treasure Hunt

All work and no play makes the little monster irritable. So at great request we had a Treasure Hunt inspired by the 80’s classic of the same name. As Gamesmaster I therefore provided the required map and clues whilst EmmCee sorted out the required treasure.

I drew a Treasure Hunt map accurate in every detail. So much so I think even professional cartographers would be impressed.

I wrote some cryptic clues designed to test the wiles of my evil little monsters/darling daughters.

A-Bomb and the Terminator were sent into quarantine whilst I rushed about distributing clues and EmmCee hid the trophies. I handed over the first clue and the cameraman got ready (one of my many talents). The“game’s afoot”.

What followed was a breathless 10 minutes running round the garden, helping the girls read big words on the clues and only a tiny bit of prompting to work out the answers. Finally arriving at the pay off.
