The summer returned with a last fling in mid October so we had a quick trip out to the beach at Porthcawl near Treco Bay. Despite the water being cold the Monsters decided it was time to paddle followed by a quick picnic.
A couple of days later we had a clear night and the moon was nearly full so I got my cheap old telescope and we had a look at the moon. Probably motivated by my recent veiwing of For All Mankind. The kids liked this idea so happily ran out into the night to have a look.
